MOULD CONSTRUCTION

Deltaplast has been working for more than 10 years in the thermoplastics processing industry, and is one of the most dynamic companies specialised in the production of industrial components on behalf of third companies. Main purpose of the company’s management is the supply of a wide range of services contemplating specialised technologies for each sector and thermoplastic processings of the materials used. Thanks to an organised structure and the most modern data processing systems CAD CAM (Catia, Cimaltron IT, CoCreate ME10/SolidDesigner and Unigraphics etc...) our expertise ensures the optimization of design choices and a fast development, thus translating into flexibility and competitiveness. Deltaplast is the ideal Partner and System Supplier of advanced services, not only for injection moulding of thermoplastics, but also for: - co-design and product engineering - mould construction - quality and logistics management Possibility to carry out further workings on the product such as: - assembling - pad printing and silk-screen printing - ultrasonic welding - painting - galvanic treatment - standard packaging and development of packaging for non-conventional products - aftermarket packaging Our machinery fleet consists of 12 machines, weighing from 40 to 850 tons, with the possibility to inject-mould parts weighing from 1 gr. to 3.8 kg in the whole range of thermoplastic materials. The presses, besides being automated and robotised, are provided with dehumidifiers, control and temperature units. The expertise, the ability of our collaborators and their sense of belonging to the company are fundamental values to the management, which are used in the formalisation of a quality system certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2000. (Deltaplast is being certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2000) The mould production is made through modern machineries which guarantee a very high execution precision.
